Eric Ostrager, the firm’s co-founding partner, enjoys client interaction and solving problems through both compromise and litigation.
Eric’s extensive law firm experience began with a small firm in lower Manhattan which engaged in a general practice including insurance defense. He then moved to a larger firm engaged in Workers’ Compensation defense and helped build entirely new practice areas in No-Fault defense and subrogation.
When he established Gottlieb Ostrager in 2008, the experience across these different practice areas helped him gain an understanding of their interplay and, in turn, the ability to provide more comprehensive advice to clients of the firm.
Eric has coached his son in baseball and soccer and his daughter in soccer and basketball for many years. He is also an avid golfer.
